  • If you want clarity on where things are at currently and a better plan as you look ahead, I normally start with a short piece of work that looks at where things are commercially and deliver practical recommendations for the future. If you want ongoing senior support, fractional makes sense. If you’ve got a pitch, launch or delivery crunch, a project scope is usually the best route.
