A Few Things I Believe…
Culture work is real work, and its hard. You need to ensure it is delivered credibly, has impact and a strong operational backbone.
Life is pretty hard right now – technological advances, tighter budgets, higher expectations, less breathing space.
Your commercial model is just as important as your creative process. What worked yesterday, might not work tomorrow, and ongoing adaptability is critical.
Scaling should feel exciting, with a healthy amount of creative chaos. The best leaders know when to get help – not just when things are on fire, but when things are going well and you need to protect the momentum.
